These Terms of Service apply to your use of the VetoDrive mobile application, website and related services operated by VetoDrive Technologies Ltd.
By creating an account, purchasing report credits or using VetoDrive, you agree to these Terms.
1. The VetoDrive Service
VetoDrive provides automated vehicle-data analysis and AI-assisted buyer guidance using third-party vehicle data and information supplied by users.
VetoDrive does not provide:
- A physical vehicle inspection.
- A guarantee of a vehicle’s condition, roadworthiness, safety, ownership, legality, value or future reliability.
- Legal, financial, insurance or mechanical advice.
- A confirmed finding of fraud, clocking, criminal activity or seller wrongdoing.
- A guarantee that a vehicle will pass a future MOT.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate vehicle and buyer information.
- Confirming the vehicle registration, mileage, asking price and seller information.
- Independently checking all important vehicle information.
- Inspecting the vehicle or arranging an inspection by a qualified professional.
- Checking ownership, identity, documentation and payment details directly with the seller.
- Making your own decisions about travelling, negotiating, paying a deposit or purchasing a vehicle.
- Using VetoDrive only for lawful purposes.
3. Third-Party Vehicle Data
Information displayed by VetoDrive may be supplied by official databases and commercial third-party providers.
Third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.
VetoDrive does not control those databases and cannot guarantee that every result is current, accurate or complete.
A clear or positive result does not guarantee that no issue exists.
4. AI-Generated Content
VetoDrive reports may contain content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
AI-generated information may contain mistakes, assumptions or omissions.
References to possible fraud, mileage concerns, concealment, neglect, suspicious conduct or criminal activity are unverified risk indicators unless supported by confirmed official evidence. They must not be treated as accusations or findings of wrongdoing.
5. Purchases and Report Credits
Report packages are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
The final price shown by the relevant store applies to the transaction and may include applicable taxes.
VetoDrive report credits:
- Are linked to the VetoDrive account through which they were purchased or awarded.
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot normally be transferred between accounts.
- Are intended to be deducted when a report is successfully generated.
6. Failed Reports and Credit Issues
Where a report fails to complete because of a technical error, VetoDrive may investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore a report credit.
Users should contact VetoDrive support and provide enough information for the issue to be investigated.
7. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally managed under the refund procedures and policies of the relevant platform, together with any rights available under applicable consumer law.
VetoDrive does not directly receive or store full payment-card details.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Contact VetoDrive promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use VetoDrive unlawfully, dishonestly or fraudulently.
- Attempt to access another user’s account.
- Interfere with the application, APIs, databases, security or infrastructure.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit VetoDrive except where expressly permitted by law.
- Upload harmful, unlawful or irrelevant content.
- Use a VetoDrive report to harass, defame or falsely accuse another person or business.
- Resell or commercially distribute reports without written permission.
10. Service Availability
VetoDrive may change, suspend or withdraw features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product development or changes to third-party services.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, available or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, VetoDrive is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or delayed third-party data.
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
- Decisions to travel, negotiate, pay a deposit or purchase a vehicle.
- The condition, ownership, history, legality, safety, valuation or future performance of a vehicle.
- Conduct by a seller, dealer or other third party.
- Outages or failures affecting external services.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
12. Account Suspension and Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through:

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, non-payment, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
The VetoDrive name, branding, software, report format, layouts and original content belong to VetoDrive Technologies Ltd or its licensors.
A purchased report may be used for your own personal vehicle-buying purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell or commercially distribute the service or its reports without written permission.
14. Privacy
Our use of personal information is governed by the VetoDrive Privacy Policy:

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, law, technology or third-party providers.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the laws that apply where they live.
